Sweet Chili Chicken Toasted Sandwich
This sweet chili chicken toasted sandwich is a great way to use up leftover chicken
Equipment
- Toasted sandwich maker
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread Your preferred toasted sandwich bread
- 2 portions chicken Leftover roast chicken works best
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 grams cheddar cheese alternatively use mozzarella, Gouda or Emmental
Instructions
- Put the chicken in a bowl with the sweet chili sauce and mix together
- Lay out the bread and place mayonnaise on each slice
- Spread out the chicken on two slices
- Top with grated cheese
- Place the remaining slice on top and push down gently
- Cook in your toasted sandwich maker for 10 minutes
