- Finely slice the red onion

- Grate the cheese with a coarse grater

- Layout the large tortilla wrap
- Spread the chili jam over the wrap starting in the center and moving outwards but keeping a 2cm gap around the edges

- Fill the center of the wrap with the cheese and onion

- Fold up the tortilla wrap and place in the toasted sandwich maker

- Cook for 4 minutes
Notes
To ensure you get a nice seal on your wrap use a sprinkling of cheese around the final edge.
Another tip for turning this into a great wrap is to make sure you place the filling in the center. This allows you to wrap it up tightly and keeps all the lovely cheese together to melt over the onions.
