Eggy Bread Cheese Toastie

Handheld cheese grater
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Slices Bread
- Gouda Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Sunflower Oil for cooking
- Salt
- Pepper
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork
Season the egg mixture with the salt and pepper
Dip the first slice of bread into the egg until it is well covered and then place it in the frying pan
Repeat the process with the second slice of bread
Pour any left over egg onto the bread in the frying pan and then prod the bread with a fork to help the egg soak in
After a few minutes flip both slices of bread
Add the Gouda cheese to each slice
After a couple of minute create a sandwich in the frying pan with the two slices
Grate the Parmesan over the top of the eggy bread and then flip it over in the frying pan
Cook for a few minutes and then serve with brown sauce
