Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Thick bread
  • 8-9 IKEA Frozen Swedish Meatballs
  • 1 packet IKEA gravy
  • 3-4 slices strong cheddar cheese or your fave melty cheese

Equipment

  • Toasted sandwich maker
  • Microwave Cooking Bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Cook the meatballs in the microwave following the instructions on the bag (2 minutes for every five meatballs)
  2. Make up the gravy according to the packet instructions
  3. Lay out one slice of bread on the toasted sandwich maker
  4. Carefully place your meatballs on the slice of bread
  5. Spoon over 3-4 tablespoons of gravy
  6. Add the cheese
  7. Add the top slice of bread
  8. Close the toasted sandwich maker and cook for 8 minutes
  9. Serve with extra gravy on the side for dipping
