Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Thick cut white bread
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Branston pickle or any good brand will do
  • 2 slices Gouda cheese Or use Cheddar, Double Gloucester or Red Leicester

Equipment

  • Toasted sandwich maker

Method
 

  1. Lay out the bread
  2. Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread
  3. Place the pickle on the cheese
  4. Place the other slice of cheese on top of the pickle containing the pickle in a pocket of cheese
  5. Top the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread and cook in your toasted sandwich maker for 10 minutes until golden brown
