Chili, cheese and coriander toasted sandwich

A spicy toasted sandwich with a hint of mexico from the

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp fresh or frozen chili flakes
  • 2 tsp fresh or frozen coriander
  • 30 grams cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 diced onion
  • 2 slices bread your favorite toastie bread

Equipment

  • Toasted sandwich maker
  • Bowl
  • Grater

Method
 

  1. Layout the bread
  2. Mix the cheese, onion, coriander and chili together in a bowl

  3. Spoon the mixture onto one slice of bread
  4. Press the remaining slice on top
  5. Cook the sandwich in a toasted sandwich maker for 10 minutes
