Peanut butter and banana toasted wrap

This Peanut Butter and Banana toasted wrap recipe makes a delicious sweat lunch but it is also the perfect post gym or run food to aid recovery and keep you full until dinner time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large wrap
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth or crunchy

Equipment

  • Toasted sandwich maker with flat plates

Method
 

  1. Lay out your wrap and spread on the peanut butter
    spread-peanut-butter-on-the-wrap
  2. Keep it clear of the sides with the exception of a small amount near the top to help stick the wrap
  3. Add the chopped banana to the middle of the wrap

  4. Fold the wrap up

  5. Cook for 3 minutes in the toasted sandwich maker on the flat plates
    cook-for-3-minutes
  6. When it is golden and crispy remove from the toasted sandwich maker and enjoy
    take-out-when-cooked
