I’d been out for a lunchtime run and really needed a hit of energy and recovery to see me through the afternoon. After all, I had 3 video meetings to get through and two project proposals to write.
So, I had a think and built myself a delicious peanut butter and banana toasted wrap.
The peanut butter would give me the energy and protein hit that would last for the afternoon and the banana would provide some much needed potassium to stave off any muscle cramps from my run.
It did the trick and even if you haven’t been for a run you should give this toasted wrap a try as it is simple, sweet and delicious.
